At All Star Home
Inspections we provide a wide range of services from general homeowner
inspections to legal inspections along with HVAC services (HVAC services
provided if the call is within a fifty mile radius of Augusta).
Below I
have listed our pricing and should you have any questions please do not
hesitate to call.
First 50 miles from
Thomson there is not a mileage charge.
After 50 miles from
Thomson the mileage charge is IRS rate plus .05 cents.
Overnight stays
hotel bill not to exceed $75.00
Meals reimbursed at
actual cost on overnight stays only not to exceed $35.00 per day
State Inspections
$150.00 plus Mileage
Homeowner
Inspections $175.00 plus mileage
Legal Inspections
$225.00 plus mileage
Court days $300.00 a
day plus mileage and other actual expenses incurred
HVAC inspections and
repair costs are bid based
Contractor visits
can be done on an as needed basis and are $35.00 if within 50 miles of a
current inspection.
We also offer a
homeowner orientation and walk thru program once the homeowner has moved
into their home. This program goes over the homeowners warranty manual,
checks water pressure, show’s them the use of major appliances, plumbing
and electrical items. We also take down the homeowners’ service request
and provide the plant and dealer with feed back regarding the
installation process and any possible manufacturing issues. The above
homeowner orientation and walk thru is $175.00 if within fifty miles of
Thomson GA per home and also
includes any minor door, window or drawer adjustments and minor
caulking.
All inspections come
with a written report and pictures. A video can be done upon request.
